Her leadership in training, process improvement, and cross-department collaboration has consistently resulted in higher claim approvals and enhanced collection rates. Previously, Donzalee contributed her expertise to major financial institutions, including JP Morgan Chase, where she refined her skills in high-value collections, client negotiation, and risk resolution. She has also held key roles in customer service, debt management, and administrative operations, developing a comprehensive understanding of revenue flows and client lifecycle strategy. 

Donzalee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management and has development experience.
